LiveShell PRO, LiveWedge and LiveShell 2 Users – Trade-Up Program

Thank you for your continued support of Cerevo products and services.

It has been nearly ten years since LiveWedge, Cerevo’s CES award winning multi camera live streaming and switching device; LiveShell PRO, Cerevo’s longest selling live streaming encoder and LiveShell 2, Cerevo’s smallest live streaming device have been available. Due to the long time period since their release we’ve been experiencing more difficulty obtaining major repair components for these products. As a result, Cerevo will stop accepting out of warranty paid repairs for LiveShell PRO and LiveWedge from 1st February 2023. Existing warranty obligations for these products will not be affected. 

In addition, new firmware development for LiveShell PRO and LiveWedge will also end. All support for LiveShell 2 previously ended in February 2021. 

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to those of you who have used LiveShell PRO, LiveWedge and LiveShell 2 for such a long period. 

For those who are currently using LiveShell PRO, LiveWedge or LiveShell 2, we will be offering a trade-up program to allow you to replace your LiveShell PRO, LiveWedge or LiveShell 2 with the successor device, LiveShell W. This is a great opportunity to replace your existing LiveShell PRO, LiveWedge or LiveShell 2 with a newer, more sophisticated Cerevo device.

Trade-Up Rules 

  • When trading up, please send your LiveShell PRO, LiveWege or LiveShell 2 to Cerevo.*1 *4 **
  • You must also provide purchase details (email, receipt, etc.) from either the Official Cerevo Store or authorized retailers/distributors.*2 *3
  • The user who applies must have sole ownership of the LiveShell PRO, LiveWedge or LiveShell 2. 

How to Apply

Please apply at the dedicated trade-up program link below. After applying for a trade-up purchase, please send your LiveShell PRO, LiveWedge or LiveShell 2 and purchase details within 30 days.*1

Terms and Conditions

*1: You are responsible for the cost of sending in your LiveShell PRO, LiveWedge or LiveShell 2 to the instructed Cerevo return address. The complete return address will be provided after your application.

*2: The trade-up offer is only available to those who have purchased a new product from either the Official Cerevo Store or authorized retailers and distributors. If you purchased a used product, or a product that was purchased through non-authorized sales channels, your application will be rejected. 

*3: The trade-up program will be applied as one discounted replacement LiveShell W per LiveShell PRO, LiveWedge or LiveShell 2. It is possible to trade-up multiple LiveShell PRO, LiveWedge or LiveShell 2 devices at once.

*4: We may not be able to accept a trade-up in cases where there are obvious signs of intentional damage or disassembly, or if the product was purchased in a used condition.

*5: Please initialize your device before sending it to Cerevo. Please refer to the online manual for more information on initialization.
