Migration from Dashboard to LiveShell Studio for LiveShell X users

Thank you for your continued support of Cerevo products.

As previously announced, the Dashboard service for our live streaming encoder LiveShell X was officially discontinued on Saturday, May 31, 2025. We sincerely appreciate your long-standing use of this service.

Starting June 2025, to continue using LiveShell X for live streaming, you must update the firmware to Rev.2090 or later. If you have already updated, you can continue using your device via LiveShell Studio. For usage instructions, please refer to the LiveShell X online manual.

■For Users Who Have Not Yet Updated to Firmware Rev.2090 or Later

Firmware updates to Rev.2090 and above were originally supported only until the end of May 2025. However, recognizing that some users were unable to complete the update in time, we have temporarily resumed operation of the firmware update server.

To update your firmware, please log in and follow the instructions at the following page.

Please note that LiveShell X previously stored certain settings, such as streaming server information, in the Dashboard. After the update, you will need to reconfigure your streaming settings manually.

For details, please refer to the online manual.

■For Users Who Wish to Operate LiveShell X Remotely

Starting June 2025, remote operation of LiveShell X requires a subscription to our new service: LiveShell Remote

* If you are operating your LiveShell X from a PC on the same network, a LiveShell Remote subscription is not required.
